Cancellation Policy - No refunds are given for cancellations by delegates within 5 working days of the start of the course. A £25.00 or 25% (whichever is the greater) administration charge will be retained on other cancellations. In the event of our cancelling or postponing a course, our liability will be limited to a full refund of the fee.
