We offer a wide range of internationally recognised English language exams that will provide you with the qualifications you need to have your language skills recognised anywhere in the world.
As an approved examining centre we are able to offer exams on our campus, plus our team of highly qualified teaching staff will give you all the preparation, advice and support you need to approach your exam with confidence.
Truro & Penwith College is an approved examining centre for the Cambridge suite of EFL exams – the FCE, CAE and CPE. We offer these exams at the college in June and December every year.
Students who wish to take these popular and well-respected exams will need to register with the college at least 2 months before the examination date. We also offer classes to prepare for the IELTS exam which is frequently needed if you want to study at a UK university or work in the medical profession in the UK.
In addition, we provide ESOL Skills for Life & Functional Skills English qualifications on a monthly basis. People from all over the world living in the UK are currently studying this course and benefiting from these qualifications which can improve work prospects and provide access to other education courses. ESOL Skills for Life qualifications can also be used to help people who want to live in the UK permanently to get UK citizenship.
