It’s not every night that you get to sample world influenced cuisine inspired by one of the country’s top chefs.
However, professional cookery students at Truro College will be serving up such a treat to customers when they prepare some of Rick Stein’s most successful dishes for a series of evenings inspired by the globe-trotting chef.
Held at the College’s Spires restaurant, which was recently awarded a Highly Commended AA Rosette, the evenings will be a world tour for the taste-buds and include Rick’s recipes prepared and cooked by students who are all part of the Steins Academy at the College.
The evenings are as follows:-

16th May – Rick Stein’s French Odyssey
6th June – Rick Stein’s Long weekends
20th June - Rick Stein From Venice to Istanbul
27th June – Rick Stein’s Spain
