An individual assessor is assigned to each student meaning the qualifications are attained entirely in the workplace.

At all levels, these NVQs will increase the knowledge, skills, understanding and competence of the managers who undertake them. This should lead to increased effectiveness and efficiency within their teams, confidence to innovate and develop their areas of responsibility, increased professionalism and ultimately a positive impact on profitability.  Conducted in the workplace, these qualifications offer minimal disruption to your manager’s everyday role and can be tailored to suit the workplace’s needs.

Individual benefits

At all levels, these NVQs will enhance and broaden your knowledge, skills and understanding of leadership and management.  Our learners find this adds to their confidence in the workplace, makes them more effective in their roles and frequently leads to increased responsibility or promotion within their organisation.  Holding a recognised qualification such as the NVQs can also enhance career prospects.
