Course Overview
Effective business leadership is crucial to the success of any business of any size. A company can only go as far and be as successful as the leadership of that company allows. If the head of a company lacks positive leadership qualities, they will be unsuccessful at motivating and leading their staff. This will not allow the entire business to impress and lure new business to their company.

Delivery Method
This qualification is delivered via taught sessions and includes a variety of interactive activities.
Time Commitment
This course is 5 days long (evey other week), and candidates are expected to research and prepare assignments outside of the taught sessions.
Assessment
Assessment is by written assignments based on a real life work situation.
