A cost-effective training option

Apprenticeships can be used to upskill current members of staff with the Government funding 95% of the training costs for SMEs and large employers funding through their Apprenticeship Levy. This means Apprenticeships can be the most cost-effective option to provide your staff with the skills they need for challenges throughout the Covid-19 pandemic and Brexit transition. Apprenticeships are also a fantastic way to recruit and nurture talent to tackle skills shortages, overcome capacity challenges and ensure new opportunities or revenue streams introduced during the pandemic can continue alongside normal operations. As a key part of the national Build Back Better campaign the Government is offering a range of financial support and incentives, find out more at gov.uk.
