This is a fun and interactive day of using the simplest of ingredients to make a selection of delightful doughs. You will learn the fermentation process and the different methods of breadmaking scaling, shaping and baking. All of our bread is made by hand, so it can be easily reproduced at home. You will have an abundance of bread and enriched dough products to take home at the end of the day.
The price of this course includes tea/coffee and pastries on arrival.
We provide takeaway packaging to take home the items you have produced but please feel free to bring your own reusable containers.
