City & Guilds Computer Aided Design (CAD) Level 3 Award (Solidworks)

This course is ideal for competent SolidWorks users with a sound knowledge of topics covered in level 1 and 2 or learners who have completed the level 2 program; who want to explore some of the more advanced features of the SolidWorks interface. With a more focused look into rendering, animation, weldments and surface modelling.

This course would be ideal for the more competent user of the software as it would open up other opportunities to use the CAD models for product testing and promotion. Candidates who have developed skills on this course are able to apply core techniques in AutoCad, Catia and Unigraphics software environments.
