Fish Filleting Skills

A beginners session looking at different classifications of fish, how to fillet and prepare these different fish and looking at ideas for cooking the fish you have prepared, with the objective that you will cook your own late lunch and side as a group to eat what you have created. When you leave us, we hope that you will have more confidence going forward to prepare your own fish and bring these ideas into your own cooking.  

The price of this course includes tea/coffee and pastries on arrival along with a glass of wine or a soft drink to have with your lunch.
