On the course you will learn the basic production skills and progress to more advanced techniques and recipes to produce delicious homemade breads and enriched doughs. You will learn how to mix, knead, shape, laminate, prove, bake, decorate and add finishes to the various bread doughs and enriched doughs as well as use and develop different cooking techniques to complete the products made in the sessions.
We provide takeaway packaging to take home the items you have produced but please feel free to bring your own reusable containers.
