A fun day spent learning traditional techniques and skills used in preserving. Using seasonal produce, you will make a selection of sweet and savoury items including chutney’s, jams, relishes and sauces. You will finish the day with plenty of jars to take home and the confidence to try new recipes of your own. Please start saving jars for all goodies.
The price of this course includes tea/coffee or fruit juice and pastries on arrival.
