Find your dancing feet in this fun and friendly class. This course is ideal for complete beginners or those with some previous experience. Tap dancing improves general fitness, develops inner rhythm and timing as well as stimulating brain activity and creativity. You will feel an increase in your flexibility and balance but most of all you will have a fun time! Tap shoes are beneficial but are not necessary at first.
