Dance inspired choreography to a party playlist designed for a whole body work out. Suitable for all fitness levels involving cardio and strength training using body weight exercises. Have fun burning calories in a friendly motivating class to increase stamina, strength and develop your coordination.
The focus of this group fitness class is to have fun burning calories together.
The tutor's aim is to keep you motivated and leave feeling energised and confident to go out and be the best version of you.
Be Bold, Be Brave, Be You!
The class will include:
- Warm Up at the beginning and Cool Down with stretches at the end of the class
- Cardiovascular section
- Muscular strength, endurance and toning using body weight exercises
