A key benefit of digital marketing tools is the data available to show how they are performing. Knowing what to measure, how often to report and where to find the most meaningful data can be very confusing and time consuming. This workshop will introduce learners to the marketing metrics they should be paying attention to on Google Analytics and social media platforms. It will help them decide what to include in their regular monitoring and reporting, put together a plan for when and how they will monitor activities and identify what they can afford to ignore.
