Four out of every five managers in the UK are thought to be untrained, with poor management costing employers around £84 billion a year. *
Truro and Penwith College Business’ Management Training Team would like to invite you to an information session on 18 December that will challenge traditional methods of leadership and management training.
This Christmas themed session on 18 December will focus on the College’s Team Leader or Supervisor Apprenticeship. The relatively new programme is already making waves with employers across Cornwall with all learners to date achieving a distinction grade, 70% of whom have been promoted since completing the course.
Join us for a mince pie and benefit from an in-depth look at the Apprenticeship that combines an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) diploma and 1:1 workplace coaching that helps learners solve real workplace problems and achieve organisation goals.
We will also cover; suitable job roles, workplace support required, funding and provide an opportunity to speak to an organisation currently enjoying results from the Apprenticeship.
