What can I expect?
If you're planning to travel by car, parking for the event will be clearly signposted. There are also bus stops on the main road outside of the campus. To view the latest and upcoming timetables please visit the FIRST WEBSITE.
Upon arrival, make sure you visit Zennor reception where you can pick up an event guide and our friendly Student Ambassadors can point you in the right direction. Representatives from the Apprenticeship team, our University level courses, our part time courses and our full time college courses will also be on hand to offer advice and guidance
While you're there
There is a lot to see and do at the Open Event so we have made it easy for you by having as much as possible in the Zennor building.
In the Refectory all of the A level staff will be on hand to talk to you about A level options and useful course combinations as well as for you to have a go at lots of interesting activities. You can also find out about the Academic and Computing Academies. Also on the ground floor you can find out about the eSports Academy, Sports Academies and sports and public services courses.
On the first floor you will find hairdressing and beauty. The students will be holding a nail art competition where the theme is musicals. If previous competitions are anything to go on, the results have to be seen to be believed!
Everyone else is on the top floor.
Construction & Motor vehicle will ve based in their own spacialist facility - the adjacent Gwenvor Building and Art will be based in the Nanjizal building.
Make time to visit Senara Restaurant on the lower ground floor to find out about professional cookery or to relax with a snack and a warm drink.

Before you go
Be sure to pick up as much information as you can. There will be a lot to take in during the event, so taking some information away with you will make your discussions at home a lot easier. Grab a prospectus before you leave and make notes on your event guide while you talk with members of staff.
