Mike Tindall passes on his knowledge

Sport students from Truro and Penwith College had plenty of questions when former England Rugby captain Mike Tindall popped in to talk to them.

Mike was visiting the College as part of an evening of sporting celebration and spoke about his experience as a young progressing rugby player and offered wisdom to the students about rugby and life, saying: “Everyone gets opportunities in life, you just have to recognise them and take them.”

Students were then able to ask Mike all the questions they could think of, which ranged from Mike’s worst injuries and most formidable foes to his thoughts on the current players emerging in the sport.

Eager to answer any and all questions with honesty and a sense of humour, Mike set a fantastic example to the students of where hard work and determination can take them.
