The Foundation Studies Christmas Tag Stall raised money towards the nappies

With fundraising taking place over the Christmas period in the form of a jumble sale, disco, Christmas gift tag stall, guess the number of jelly beans and a name the reindeer competition, students aimed to raise enough funds to send 2020 nappies to refugee families at the start of the New Year, a target that was more than doubled!

In class, students learnt about the continuing refugee crisis and how families with babies struggle without a settled place to live.

Students were aided by generous donations and discounts from Waitrose, Truro and Morrison’s, Pool.
