HWS are providing personal training sessions for individuals and small groups of friends for one hour for only £30 per individual, £35 for two people and £40 per group of three or four people. All sessions are with a qualified personal trainer who will provide personalised training programmes, which will help individuals to establish healthier lifestyles and achieve their personal goals.
HWS are also delivering strength and conditioning sessions for sports clubs in the fully equipped Lynher gym with a qualified gym instructor. For only £45, sports clubs can access bespoke strength training sessions, circuit training or cardiovascular workouts, using equipment including multi-gym work stations, cable crossover, smith machine, dumbbells, barbells, rowing machine, treadmills, static bikes, cross trainer and abs workout area.
Community groups, including women-only groups, disability groups and mental health support groups, are now able to access Truro College's fully equipped health and wellbeing gym. For only £35 they will have access to equipment including treadmills, stepper, ski-ergo, rowing machine, static bikes, cross trainer and kettlebells, under the supervision of a qualified health and wellbeing instructor.
All sessions can be booked as a one-off or a regular booking on Monday to Thursday between 6pm and 9pm.
Community group sessions in the health and wellbeing gym can also be booked on Monday to Friday between 9am and 11am.
