Studying statistics for business by researching techniques for data analysis and presentation, you will carry out hypotheses testing using relevant IT software applications. Business analysis and research skills will teach you the importance of personal development planning, team development theory and essential research methods. Business finance will also be critically analysed to establish the financial performance of organisations. Evaluating different approaches to the marketing process, you will study the principles of marketing and learn how to formulate an effective marketing mix. Key leadership and management theories and their application to the contemporary workplace will also be considered.
On successful completion of this course, you will have created a coherent business plan within the Business Enterprise module, using the knowledge and skills learnt throughout the programme.
