Roles included Communication Manager for a major business change programme and Communications and Performance Manager for the Network Operations Division. As part of this role Adele regularly ran and commissioned training and coaching programmes. Adele has always been interested in management and team development and has completed a Masters in Personal Development and is a member of CIPD. Adele is a qualified and active coach. Alongside her management roles she qualified as a teacher over 5 years ago and has taught on programmes from GCSE level to degree level. Adele regularly works with clients to design bespoke management / team development programmes. Adele’s key focus is on designing programmes that respond to specific business needs and that are delivered in a way that secures maximum impact.
