Remote Working

Getting the most out of working from home.

Appropriate for any business who have staff working from home, whether this is a consequence of Covid-19, or their current employment model. This may be a daunting move for many employers, especially if used to working closely with their team, with high levels of face-to-face interaction. Therefore, this webinar/lecture will focus on the human factors. It aims to remove some of the fears, by exploring research on remote working, and offer tips in starting the process, maintaining productivity and team bonding.

Organisational Change

How to manage the process.

These are times of change for most businesses in strange and unpredictable ways. Where change is normally a process that is considered and planned for, Covid-19 restrictions have led to dramatic and immediate changes to most organisations. Although changes have been made quickly, this does not mean that they cannot be refined and reconsidered as an ongoing process. This webinar/lecture considers how change affects the whole organisation at a human and systems level. Understanding the interlinking aspect of the organisation allows for more positive changes to be made.

Leading Change

How to bring about change successfully.

Knowing that change is underway, and that the future may require more dramatic change as we transit from lockdown to an uncertain economic future, managing the change through leadership qualities may make the change more successful. This webinar/lecture shows how to bring everyone together with a shared mission, leading teams for a more considered and enduring change.

Motivation

How to engage staff.

These are very uncertain times for organisations and for staff, and fear of the future may well affect staff’s satisfaction and productivity. This webinar/lecture aims to show how, even in times of uncertainty, pulling together as a team to work for future success is possible. Looking forward with confidence, being led with confidence.

Digital Marketing

Digital Marketing Webinar: Marketing 101

An introduction to how to write a marketing plan that will set you up well for planning coherent, effective campaigns to promote and grow your business.  This session will introduce the core elements of a marketing plan.

Digital Marketing Webinar: Marketing and Social Media Messaging

A deep dive into deciding on what your main marketing messages should be, normally, during the current COVID Pandemic and how to plan for messaging when the UK Lockdown is lifted.

Edit your Website to Improve its Search Engine Rankings (SEO)

While the UK is in Lockdown during the COVID crisis, you may have more time on your hands. Why not use this to work on your business?  One job many overlook, is ensuring that their site is well optimised for Search Engines and not all of that is technical.

Review Competitors and Similar Businesses. What can you learn?

While the UK is in Lockdown during the COVID crisis, you may have more time on your hands. Why not use this to work on your business?  One way to generate more ideas on how to market your business and what to avoid, is to conduct a thorough review of businesses operating in a similar way to your own.  This is something almost every marketer will say they wish they had done, but very rarely has time to do in the normal swing of business.

Improve your Website and Digital Marketing Security

With many more people working remotely or furloughed, web maintenance is not quite what it should be during the COVID 19 Pandemic. Unfortunately, hackers are already taking advantage of this increased vulnerability to cause trouble on many websites.  This workshop will help you understand the main risks to cyber security that your website and social media are exposed to, what makes them vulnerable and how to protect your business against those vulnerabilities.
