Truro and Penwith College’s Industry Engagement Team leads on employer engagement for apprenticeships, adult learning, student work placements and commercial training initiatives that the College offers to businesses.
How we support employers
Employers that choose to work with Truro and Penwith College will be assigned a dedicated Industry Engagement Consultant. Our highly experienced team of Industry Engagement Consultants provide a bespoke consultancy service, working alongside employers to identify and understand your training needs. They will then help you to explore the training options that are available, using their expert knowledge of education, funding, and training to provide impartial advice on the best options to accelerate the growth and development of your organisation.
