Brian Sharrock began his own career as an apprentice and now draws on 42 years of experience at A&P Falmouth to train the next generation. For the first six months of every programme, Brian works full time with each new cohort of apprentices, guiding them through core practical skills in plumbing, welding, and pipe fabrication. He recognises that every apprentice learns differently and carefully tailors his approach to suit individual needs, ensuring that “everyone succeeds, not just the strongest learners.”
