Who is course for?

To ensure mentoring is as effective as possible it is important that all mentors are suitably skilled to support and develop their colleagues. The seminar will be facilitated in such a way to encourage thinking and discussion around the mentoring programme to focus attendees on how it can be as effective as possible.
