A small group of seniors stand evenly spready apart in a studio with their hands extended as they stretch and balance during a Tai Chi class. They are each dressed comfortably and are focused on the movements.

Be part of a friendly relaxed group learning the Beijing 24 Form.  Increase your physical and mental wellbeing through the gentle flowing movements of this widely practised T'ai Chi form.  All are welcome.
