- Insight into and discussion regarding current talent management strategies - what could work for you?
- Understanding and discussing the 'modern employee' and reflection on achieving harmony between the 'organisation' and 'employee' need
- Developing an appropriate 'retention strategy'
What next?
The college offers a wide range of management seminars and courses. These include; Level 2 Award in Leadership and Team Skills; Level 3 Award or Certificate in Leadership and Management; Level 3 Award in Coaching. Alternatively, learners could progress onto the ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management.
