NVQ Level 4 Diploma in Advice and Guidance
This level is ideal if your role involves providing specialist advice and guidance to clients, reporting to senior management and networking with associated services. You must complete a range of mandatory and optional units including:
- Supporting clients to make use of the Advice and Guidance Service
- Staging and managing the mediation process
- Providing support for other practitioners
