Due to the amber weather warning, the college site will open later than usual on Friday 23 October at 11am. The Estates Team will be on site from 10am to open the buildings and complete a full safety check before staff and students arrive. Please do not travel to the college site before 11am. We value our staff and their development and to underpin this we have a programme of staff development opportunities that includes:

- In house leadership and management programme
Over 350 external training events are financed every year. Each year the College holds five Development Days that cover a wide range of topics including Teaching and Learning, Tutoring, Health and Safety/First Aid, Safeguarding, UCAS, IT, and Assertiveness.
We also have a focus on employee wellbeing through sporting activities and taster sessions on a broad range of vocational topics.
