College tendered bus passes are now on sale via the College Store. Please ensure you have checked the correct route on the Travel Hub as once purchased these cannot be changed until the following term. Go Bus (TFC passes) should be purchased via their mobile app.

We value our staff and their development and to underpin this we have a programme of staff development opportunities that includes:

- Appraisals
- External Courses/Conferences
- Informal Training and Mentoring
- In house leadership and management programme
Over 350 external training events are financed every year. Each year the College holds five Development Days that cover a wide range of topics including Teaching and Learning, Tutoring, Health and Safety/First Aid, Safeguarding, UCAS, IT, and Assertiveness.
We also have a focus on employee wellbeing through sporting activities and taster sessions on a broad range of vocational topics.
