Locally sourced and sustainable
We base our teaching on locally sourced, seasonal produce and cook everything from scratch. All tastes and tolerances are catered for. Our students are taught by professional chefs with years of industry experience between them.

In 2022, Senara was thrilled to be awarded the national AA College Restuarant of the Year Award. The restaurant has also received a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence and an AA Highly Commended Status in Hospitality, Fish and Seafood and Patisserie and Confectionary. Additionally, Senara holds a People First Gold Hospitality award for demonstrating a progressive and sustainable commitment to learner training and development.

Senara is fully licensed and serves an exploratory selection of wines, coupled with an excellent array of beers, ales and premium cocktails blending the classics with modern individual styles.

Our exciting and varied menu sources incredible Cornish produce using modern and classic techniques. Where possible we only use suppliers from within the Penzance area.
Events
Senara can cater for any event up to 150 people and there are a variety of alternative locations to hold your special occasion, including the Grade II Treneere Manor.
Patisserie & confectionary
With world-class guiding, mentoring and teaching, our students are patisserie and confectionary specialists. They take great pride in producing celebration cakes to order.
