Are you passionate about football and developing young athletes to achieve their full potential both on and off the pitch?

Truro & Penwith College is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Football Coach to join our Sport team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality coaching sessions, support fixtures and competitions, and help create a positive and aspirational environment for our student athletes.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging training sessions that develop students’ technical ability, tactical understanding, physical performance and confidence. Working with learners of varying abilities, you will play a key role in supporting both individual and team development while promoting the College’s values of commitment, respect and excellence.

We are looking for a motivated individual with coaching experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and engage young people. You will be organised, reliable and committed to creating an enjoyable and high-performing sporting environment.
