Salary (Market Forces): £40,167 – £43,059 per annum*
Contract: Full Time

Exciting opportunities exist to work with emerging engineering sectors in Cornwall, including Offshore Wind Technology, Lithium Extraction, and the Food & Drink industry.
Our Engineering department is based in the state-of-the-art STEM & Health Skills Centre in Bodmin, featuring a large open workshop, welding facility, CAD studio, Electronics room, Mechatronics lab, and general teaching rooms.
Please note: The Ottery campus is closed on Mondays, so working from home will be the option on that day.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed lecturer with the ability to inspire students and maintain excellent working relationships within a successful team. A willingness to support students pastorally and adapt to a dynamic environment is essential.
Ideal Candidate:
- Mechanical and industrial electrical/electronic maintenance background (including hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and robotic systems).
- Food & Drink maintenance industry experience
- Level 3 apprenticeship in maintenance operations (or equivalent).
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
- Level 4 HNC or equivalent
