Maths or English holding you back?

GCSE Maths – a one-year course providing a strong foundation in numeracy skills for further academic/vocational study and for employment.

GCSE English – a one-year course providing a strong foundation in literacy skills for further academic/vocational study and for employment.

Both are free of charge if you have not previously achieved a Grade 4 – 9 (or A* to C) in English or Maths.*

Our QAA approved diplomas are nationally recognised as an alternative educational pathway into higher education. The diplomas are awarded by Cambridge Access Validating Agency and are designed to give mature students the necessary grounding and qualifications to progress onto university level courses.

Access to HE Diploma: Computing & IT

We are in an age of rapid digital transformation. With emerging technologies such as AI and the ever-growing concern about cyberthreats, this is an exciting time to work within this field. If this is a sector you envisage yourself working within, this diploma can pave the way to degrees in Computer Security, Computer Technology and Web Development.

The Access to HE Diploma: Science

Are you eager to pursue a career in science or healthcare, where you have the opportunity to solve real-world problems, drive innovation, advance healthcare and shape the future? If you’re considering a career in this sector, this course might be the perfect fit for you. This diploma gives students a solid grounding in biology and chemistry and will allow progression to a variety of degrees from Biomedical Science, Chemistry and Pharmacy to Dietetics and other Allied Health professions.

Access to HE Diploma: Nursing & Human Sciences
