Hayley McKinstry

Hayley is responsible for building strong partnerships with existing employer partners and identifying new employers who can provide sustainable employment opportunities for learners. Hayley joined the Senior Management Team in August 2021, she has a strong background in Apprenticeships, occupational and vocational learning programmes as well as quality assurance. Hayley was previously the Programme Team Leader for Hairdressing, Beauty Therapy and Hospitality as well as Quality Development Manager for Truro and Penwith College. She leads on Apprenticeships, employer partnerships, adult learning and employability, as well and managing Construction, Engineering & Motor Vehicle and the Business & Professional curriculum areas.
