  • Develop curriculum content, learning resources and assessment strategies.
  • Build strong partnerships with NHS organisations, employers and external stakeholders.
  • Support programme validation, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
  • Promote the programme through employer engagement activities and recruitment events.
  • Support apprentice recruitment, onboarding and induction processes.
  • Contribute to the future delivery, teaching and assessment of the programme as it develops.

What we’re looking for

You will be:

  • A Registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Experienced in contemporary pharmacy practice and medicines management.
  • Passionate about developing the next generation of pharmacy professionals.
  • Skilled at building productive relationships with employers and stakeholders.
  • An excellent communicator with strong organisational and IT skills.
  • Experienced in mentoring, supervising, training or supporting learners in practice settings.

It would be great if you also have:

  • Experience of apprenticeship delivery or programme management.
  • Curriculum development experience within further or higher education.
  • A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
  • Assessor and/or Internal Quality Assurance qualifications.
  • Experience across different pharmacy sectors, including community and hospital practice.

Why join us?

This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on pharmacy education and workforce development across Cornwall. You’ll work collaboratively with healthcare employers and education professionals to create a programme that supports future Pharmacy Technicians to thrive in their careers.

We offer a generous package with benefits including 40 days annual leave plus bank holidays and College closure days, Teachers’ Pension Scheme, relocation package, free on-site parking and a variety of on-site benefits and discounts.
