Sports Coach Opportunities

Salary: £25.01 – £26.01 per hour

Overview

Do you bring energy to training, structure to sessions, and a genuine passion for developing young people? We’re looking for coaches who can make a real impact both on and off the pitch.

We’re currently recruiting:

  • Netball Coach 4.5 hours (Tue & Wed) – Truro
  • Basketball Coach 3 hours (Weds) – Truro
  • Rugby Coach (4.5 hours Tue & Wed) – Truro
  • Football Coach (4.5-6 hours weekly) – Truro
  • Football Coach (4.5 hours Tue & Wed) – Penwith

You’ll be delivering well-planned, engaging sessions and supporting fixtures and competitions, helping students to grow in confidence, ability and performance. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive, high-performing environment where every player can develop their technical, physical and mental game.

We’re looking for people who can lead by example, organised, motivating, and able to bring out the best in a team, while working collaboratively with colleagues across the College.

Salary: £25.01 – £26.01 per hour
