We’re looking for a dynamic, people-focused Student Experience & Campus Operations Advisor to join our vibrant STEM & Health Skills Centre in Bodmin.

This is a truly varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be at the centre of campus life, supporting students, coordinating activity, solving problems, and helping create a welcoming, inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

What you’ll be doing:

💬Supporting students to succeed

Be a trusted first point of contact for students—offering guidance, supporting wellbeing, and helping them access the right services when they need it most.

🎯 Driving a brilliant campus experience

Help organise events, trips and enrichment activities that bring the campus to life and keep students engaged.

🧩 Keeping everything running smoothly

Provide essential operational and administrative support—coordinating day-to-day activity, managing records, supporting bursary processes and ensuring everything is organised and efficient.

🤝 Connecting people

Work closely with staff, students, parents/carers and external partners to keep communication flowing and services aligned.

  • Is highly organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Has strong administrative and IT skills
  • Can handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care
  • Is proactive, adaptable and genuinely passionate about supporting learners

Experience in education, student services, customer service or administration is ideal—but most importantly, you’ll bring energy, empathy and a student-first mindset.
