For our partners, we can also create custom training packages. We design these from scratch, working closely with your business to cover subjects like team leadership, problem-solving, and managing performance. Over 20% of Cornwall Group Ltd’s workforce are current or former apprentices having trained in areas such as Glass Processing, Administration, Glazing, Installation, Finance, IT, Marketing and Engineering. The Group has a strong track record of apprentices progressing to managerial roles, including many members of the Senior Management Team.
