CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice
The CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice is a formal qualification suitable for developing the required skills and knowledge for an individual seeking a career in the Human Resource function.
This course develops individual skills by facing real-life challenges. In addition to this, learning to act with confidence, perform effectively, drive change in an organisation and career progression. The four core units that are studied are: business, culture and change in context; principles of analytics; core behaviours for people professionals and essentials of people practice.
