Meet the staff, tour the campus and find out about life as a student at one of the best colleges in the country.
TAKE YOUR FIRST STEP
The purpose of this event is for you to come to Penwith College, listen to an informative address from a member of the senior team and gather information regarding our courses, our activities, support available, transport.
What To Expect
Kick-off Talk in the Lecture Theatre
Get a clear overview of college life, course types, and learning styles. We’ll break down the jargon – A Levels, Extended Diplomas, VTCT, UAL – so you can confidently support your young person’s next step.
Meet the Experts
After the talk, subject staff will be on hand to chat about courses, enrichment opportunities, and the support available. Unlike our other open events, this event is all in one place – the Zennor Building – making it easy to get the info you need.
Event Details:
Talks at 5pm, 5.45pm, 6.30pm, and 7.15pm. Each school has a dedicated time slot, to spread out our visitors and tailor the presentation, but feel free to join any session if you can’t make your own. The event finishes at 8pm.
If you’re Year 11 and ready to apply you can visit our Application Station in the Sennen building. Applications for the current Year 10 open in early October.
