After two years of hard work and dedication over 1,600 A Level, Vocational Diploma and T Level students collected their results in August. With almost 1,000 students leaving College having secured entry to their first-choice university, this year is the culmination of their efforts and diligence, supported through the care, expertise and dedication of our excellent staff.
This seminar is designed for aspiring and practising leaders and managers who would like to broaden their leadership skill set, evaluating and developing their understanding of psychological safety in the workplace. It is ideal for those responsible for leading and developing teams, aiming to foster positivity, collaboration, innovation and sustainable performance.
Psychological safety is crucial for fostering a high-functioning, resilient team, while its absence often leads to poor employee retention and high turnover rates. This masterclass thoroughly examines all essential aspects of psychological safety, empowering leaders to assess and enhance levels within their teams.
