Penwith College Post 16 Options Evening
This time next year, your young person could be starting college – and the journey begins now. Come and join us at our Post-16 Information Evening – a one-stop event to discover everything Penwith College has to offer.

🕔5pm Humphry Davy School,
🕔5.45pm Mounts Bay Academy,
🕔6.30pm St Ives School, Mullion School and Helston Community College,
🕔7.15pm Hayle Academy, Cape Cornwall School plus home educated or privately educated students.
What to Expect:
Kick-off Talk in the Lecture Theatre – Get a clear overview of college life, course types, and learning styles. We’ll break down the jargon – A Levels, Extended Diplomas, VTCT, UAL – so you can confidently support your young person’s next step.
Meet the Experts – After the talk, subject staff will be on hand to chat about courses, enrichment opportunities, and the support available. Unlike our open morning, this event is all in one place – the Zennor Building – making it easy to get the info you need.
Event Details: Talks at 5pm, 5.45pm, 6.30pm, and 7.15pm. Each school has a dedicated time slot, to spread out our visitors and personalise the expereince.
