Jay has been in Education and Training for the last 19 years including as a Lecturer and Mentor, with a diverse set of skills to help companies assess their needs and help individuals aspire to reach their goals. The last seven years Jay has been working on Projects that support companies to develop their workforce by updating skills and helping SME’s fill the skills gaps in their workforce through training. Jay has a keen interest in the Construction/Engineering industries and formerly worked for JCB before moving to Cornwall, where she hopes to inspire the next generation into the building/construction sector and support new initiatives in training.
