Roland returned to work at the college 5 years after he left as a student. He currently works for the Learning Services (Support and Transition) Team and enjoys supporting students across all programmes of study. He is excited to take on the role of staff governor and hopes that he does his colleagues across the college the justice they deserve! In his spare time, Roland enjoys all things creative and theatrical; he is currently the Honorary Secretary for Redruth Amateur Operatic Society Trust.
