Case Study

St Austell Brewery

Nationally recognised qualifications in leadership and management were combined with St Austell Brewery’s company history, covering some of the companies most historic names including; Walter Hicks, who’s wine production dates back to 1851 and Hester Parnall’s extraordinary rise to company Director in 1911 during the Suffragette Movement, ensuring the passion and traditional brand values are carried through to the customer experience in the present day.

Richard Parkes, Learning and Development Manager at St Austell Brewery commented: “Truro and Penwith College truly understood how to take leadership theory and apply it through our company narrative, bringing it to life. Their team are both knowledgeable and keen to work with you so that bespoke training programmes strike the right tone and have a lasting impact”.
