This seminar is ideal for anyone who is interested in finding out more about coaching and the workplace benefits that can be achieved. It is ideal for those who are responsible for developing other people such as supervisors and managers alongside those who support learning within the workplace.

This seminar will explore what coaching entails and the key skills needed to become an effective coach.   • How to choose whether coaching is the most appropriate intervention
  • Exploration of what makes an effective coach.
  • Introduction to codes of conduct and ethics for effective workplace coaches
  • Understanding the importance of contracting and confidentiality
  • The value of self-reflection
  • Effective developmental action planning

The day will include a range of interactive activities, providing the opportunity to share learning and best practice.
