Business Workshop - Leadership & Management Taster Day

This free Taster Session is aimed at those working in, or interested in working in, a role that entails Leadership and Management responsibilities.

This session will provide an introduction to the skills, knowledge and techniques that can make you a more successful manager and result in improved efficiency, change management, problem solving and strategic leadership. The tutor will also provide an overview of the higher level short courses linked to this subject, which include Awards from the Institute of Leadership and Management. Our free tasters are standalone, non-accredited sessions that will allow you to find out what studying these subjects at a Higher Level would entail and where gaining these qualifications could take you.
