This course provides managers with a thorough introduction to coaching. It combines both theory and opportunities to practise the skills needed to coach individuals to support their development and maximise their performance.

- Coaching principles and ethics
- Establishing an effective framework for coaching
- Coaching models, tools and techniques
- Developing effective coaching communication skills
- Planning, managing and reflecting on coaching sessions
The course consists of 5 classroom days over 3 months plus completion of three assignments, which include a coaching diary, recording a minimum of 6 hours workplace coaching.
