You will be equipped with employment skills and an enhanced CV to ensure that you have the best opportunity to gain the career of your choice. The course will cover personal preparation for employment, self-improvement and effective behaviour at work, through our vast array of core and optional units. A key part of the course will be a work placement in an area of your choice supported by one of our Industry Engagement Advisors. You will work for a real business to gain practical experience that will not only enhance your CV but also help cement your career choice when leaving education. Our aim is to broaden horizons, build confidence an enable learners to take their next steps.
