what do we do?
The project is able to support you when progressing towards a range of University Level qualifications, to help you to remove the barrier between you and your path to a University Level short course or professional qualification at Level 3 or above.
We will provide every participant with a tailored package of skills. The learning activities delivered will be based on both an individual's career aspirations and training requirements, and on the development needs of their employer.
This approach will support both businesses and employed individuals in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly by enhancing labour-relevant skills and knowledge capabilities within the workforce in the hope of enhancing the business’ performance, productivity and potential for sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
